About The Owner

Dawn Ianson established Abbyshire Farm in 2004, with the goal of becoming a premier equine husbandry provider.

Dawn is currently completing her Masters of Equine Veterinary Sciences, through the University of Edinburgh. Her passion of horses has been cultivated since childhood. With over 5 decades of equine experience, Dawn has brought a drive for best practice implementation to the farm. This is demonstrated by her constant pursuit of knowledge relating to modern equine health and ethics.

Dawn has supported and ensured the passion and preservation of excellence on the farm by never forgoing quality of care for the animals.
